The 2016 vintage started early after a dry warm summer. With little summer rains it means that we have had a disease free season and perfect ripening conditions, but it has also meant that vintage started, and finished, earlier than usual.
Our whites this year are looking stunning. Crisp and full of flavour, the whites for 2016 and looking to be standout wines that will fill the pallet with immense flavours.
The reds are showing rich dark colours thanks to the ideal ripening period. Great tannin structure and flavor is on show early and all signs are for some fantastic reds.
