The popularity of Sauvignon Blanc in Australia is amazing, and with our warm climate it is little wonder that a grape offering so much flavour combined with a crisp and clean palate is proving a favourite among so many.

This cool climate Sauvignon Blanc displays excellent fruit character and acid structure, true to variety and ready to be enjoyed, this wine can be paired equally well with food or simply a conversation and a few laughs.
