COOL WOODS CABERNET SAUVIGNON

 

Cool Woods wines are made to be enjoyed with friends and family – the wines are sourced from our own cool climate vineyards, and supplemented with fruit from other well-known South Australian grapegrowing regions.

South Australia produces many of Australia’s most respected Cabernet Sauvignon wines and much of this has to do with climate and soil conditions throughout the states winemaking regions. Cool climate sites such as some of our high altitude vineyard tend to produce wines showing mint and eucalypt type character, whilst warmer regions in the state tend to produce rich berry characters in the fruit.

Cool Woods combines fruit from several regions and uses subtle maturation with good oak to create a well balanced fruit driven style that can be paired well with food, or simply conversation and a few laughs.
